A discovery. We went on a Sunday to eat, and they have a menu for 45 euros plus VAT and then the a la carte... we ordered a la carte. Some sweetbreads, entrecote and cheeks. And for dessert, cheesecake. And the truth is that everything is very good. A complete success, really.
